Jamaican born, Croatian-American chef and adventure diner Richard Gruica is the founder and partner of Captivating Croatia and Croatia Food Tour, both of which showcase the best of Croatian food and drink for their respective guests. After working for some of the best chefs in United States and running his own kitchens, Richard decided to get out the kitchen and founded Good Eats and Meets, the the largest dining and socializing group in the United States. For the past eight years, Richard and Good Eats and Meets have organized thousands of events and are looking to bring the same gastronomic adventures to Croatia with Gypsy Table.

Chef Damir Šarić was born and bred in Dubrovnik, Croatia. This 28-year-old chef has "a very modern approach to his traditional approach’’. His interest lies in locally and organically grown ingredients. Next comes the implementation of various contemporary and traditional culinary techniques, which result in the creation of unique, mouthwatering dishes. Damir gained his experience by working in some of the top, 2 Michelin star holding, European restaurants. Although internationally renowned, he enjoys enormous support from the locals in Dubrovnik and beyond. He the perfect addition to the Gypsy Table team to create a truly unique endeavor.

Lucia Tomasic is a pastry chef who in late 2011 began to discover the secrets of the pastry world. She studied at the Le Cordon Bleu in London, and has been fortunate enough to work with top professionals in the industry since her graduation. She worked in London restaurant Alyn Williams, and then with pastry chef Peter Jelenic in Zagreb's pastry shop "Mak the End" and at Dubrovnik restaurant "360 degrees." Through Lucia's creations, we can taste her love of sweets, her passion for classic gastronomy, and her innovation of modern culinary techniques .
